Payments
Online orders can be placed using our secure shopping cart Click on the”ADD TO BASKET” buttons on the product pages. Payments will appear on your statement as precioushealth
For telephone orders call us with a debit/credit card on 0121 751 9196 (+44 121 751 9196 from outside the UK). We take all major credit and debit cards.
We do not store your credit card details.
Prices
Our prices are in British Pounds, Sterling. We do not charge VAT. Customers who are not in the European Community are responsible for paying import taxes and import duties when goods arrive in their country.
Delivery
Delivery costs can be calculated by putting items in the shopping basket and adding delivery. The delivery cost is shown before customers have to enter any personal details.
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible but please allow a dispatch time of up to 3 working days for busy periods. UK Mainland delivery is charged using Royal Mail weight tables.
Orders up to 2kg are normally despatched by Royal Mail. Over 2kg by courier.
Scottish Highlands: Scottish Highland postcodes are: IV,KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH19-44, PH49-50.
International shipping: If your country is not listed, please request a shipping quotation.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the wrong address is entered and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we will not issue are refund or send replacement goods.
If your package is returned to us should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. Please reduce the risk of this happening by entering your full and complete postal address. If you make a mistake and enter the wrong details, please contact us immediately.
Items returned due to nondelivery
If an order is returned to us as a result of either an incorrect address, a customer’s refusal to accept the delivery or failure to acknowledge cards left by delivery companies, the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs incurred and we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. We will issue a refund for the goods less all costs incurred.
Restricted Access
We, or any carriers delivering on behalf of us, must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicle. This includes, though not limited to, steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property entrance), trees, shrubs, steeply inclined driveways,narrow lanes, tight bends, security gates, security doors, or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to get access to the point of delivery.
We will not accept any claims for compensation, arrising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions.
In the event that the item is refused/canceled due to these restrictions the customer is liable for all carriage charges and we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
Returns
Customers have 14 days from receipt to change their mind and return goods at their cost in the original packaging. Once products have been used, they cannot be returned.
Before returning goods, customers must notify us by email to info@thehealthcorner.co.uk and instructions will be given on how and where to send the goods back. Goods are returned at the customer’s cost.
If products are received damaged, please sign for them as damaged with the courier. Please notify us in writing immediately by email at orders@thehealthcorner.co.uk
Important: Photographic evidence is required of: The damaged item, the outer box/packaging,the internal packaging. Please do not discard packaging as it may be needed fora claim.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or to charge a handling charge if items are returned without authorisation and/or in an unsaleable condition.
Free/sample items cannot be exchanged.
The cost of outgoing postage/shipping & packaging will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to charge postage/shipping for re-delivery of orders.
